Maintenance Technician – Maintenance Technicians are responsible for completing work orders on properties. Work orders are submitted by tenants daily and vary in complexity.
Maintenance Technicians are tiered level I, II or III
- Level I Maintenance Technicians are techs that do general labor such as sheetrock repair, door and window maintenance, paint, cabinets etc
- Level II Maintenance Techicians have a broader general knowledge of various aspects of home maintenance such as routine electrical repairs, routine plumbing repairs and general diagnostics and repair around the home.
- Level III Maintenance Technicians are generally experts in Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical work.
Each new hire will be subject to a 90 day probationary period. After 90 days benefits offered include but options including health, dental, gas allowance, 401k, vision insurance, paid vacation etc. Pay DOE.
Preferred Vendors

Preferred vendors are outside contractors that are hired to perform various jobs for the company on a contract by contract basis.
